1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- You submit your return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please note:
- Items that have been used, installed, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Certain items such as consumables, software, custom products, or special orders may not be returnable unless defective.

You will be asked to provide:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including where to ship the product.
3. Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (such as change of mind), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- If payment was made via bank transfer or cash on delivery, refunds will be issued through store credit or bank transfer as applicable.
5. Exchanges
We may offer a replacement or exchange for eligible products subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used electrical/electronic products
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
